1. General provisions
1.1. This policy sets out how personal data of visitors of erikmarkovsky.com (the “Website”) is processed in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

2. What data is processed
- Name, phone number, email address and message text — if the visitor enters them in the request form or writes to the Controller.
- Technical data: cookies, IP address, browser and device information, actions on the Website — via the Yandex Metrica web analytics service.
3. Purposes of processing
- Replying to requests, booking lessons, arranging performances and orders.
- Analysing traffic and improving the Website.
4. Legal grounds
Data is processed with the visitor’s consent, given by ticking the consent box in the request form or by contacting the Controller directly, and to conclude and perform a contract at the visitor’s request.
5. How and how long data is processed
5.1. The Controller processes data with and without automation and takes the necessary measures to protect it from unauthorised access.
5.2. Data is kept no longer than the purposes require and is deleted once they are achieved or at the visitor’s request.
5.3. The Controller does not share personal data with third parties, except for services needed to run the Website: the Formspree form service (USA), Yandex Metrica and Cloudflare hosting (USA). By ticking the consent box, the visitor agrees to the cross-border transfer of the data entered in the form to these services to the extent needed to reply to the request.
6. Cookies and Yandex Metrica
The Website uses cookies and Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC) to analyse traffic. Visitors can disable cookies in their browser settings; some Website features may then not work properly.
7. Visitor rights
Visitors may request information about the processing of their data, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or deleted, and withdraw their consent by writing to hello@erikmarkovsky.com. The Controller replies within the period set by law.
